IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

  • Youth8 founder and director 2018-2022. Youth mentoring and engagement, toxic stress and trauma specialists. As a training provider, consultant and deliverer, with expertise in youth mentoring, adverse childhood experiences, trauma informed and responsive approaches, youth engagement etc.  

  • The Jack Hazeldine Foundation - director of mentoring - pause and engage 2015-2018. Mentoring charity for children and young people across North Somerset.

  • 2nd Chance Project, mentoring lead and tutor 2014-2017 YOIs, prisons and community organisations in Bristol and nationally. 

  • CoachMakers - tutor assessor 2014-2017. Leading the delivery of NVQ level 3 mentoring qualifications. Tutor and assessor on levels 1-3 sport and sports coaching delivery, in partnership with Weston College, nationwide, and into some YOIs and prisons.

  • Bristol Rugby Community Foundation, Phoenix  Project - prison academy deliverer, lead coach and Brizzley Bear 🐻 2009-2013 

  • South Gloucestershire Council - community sports coach and manager 2006-2014. Responsible for the delivery of sports coaching and delivery in all sports across the county.

  • Breakthrough Project/South Gloucestershire Council - mentor 2006-2015. Sports mentoring for children and young people within the county of South Gloucestershire. 

  • Volunteer youth worker, Clevedon YMCA 2004-2007
